Hiring: Project Coordinators – Modern Languages

Ebek is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Project Coordinators to manage modern language classes for children at the following locations in Pune:

• Hinjawadi: Colours Academy Campus
• Parvati: PVG’s Muktangan English School Campus

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain the language programmes, course benefits, schedules and fee structure to parents.
• Counsel interested parents, follow up on enquiries and facilitate enrolment and fee payment.
• Assign students to suitable batches and communicate batch schedules and updates to parents.
• Coordinate regularly with language trainers and ensure that classes are conducted smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor attendance, class continuity and parent or trainer concerns.
• Manage the distribution and records of books, learning materials and other course-related resources.
• Coordinate with the school regarding marketing, promotions, parent interactions, orientation sessions and demonstration classes.
• Maintain enrolment, payment, batch and class-status records.
• Provide regular operational and enrolment reports to the management.
• Address routine issues promptly and escalate concerns when management support is required.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and parent-counselling skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable handling enquiries, enrolments and payment follow-ups.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and WhatsApp communication.
• Previous experience in education, training-centre coordination, admissions, counselling or school operations will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing near Hinjawadi or Parvati will be preferred.
