💼 Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision Monitor daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technicians.
• Project Execution Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Quality Control Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct testing and inspections when required.
• Safety Management Follow industrial safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety checks and toolbox talks.
• Report hazards and incidents immediately.
• Technical Support Read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
• Resolve technical issues at site.
• Support installation and commissioning activities.
• Documentation Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
• Prepare material requirement reports.
• Update project documentation and checklists.

✅ Requirements:

·        Site supervision

·        Microsoft Project (MSP) must

·        Project coordination

·        Technical troubleshooting

·        AutoCAD/basic drawing interpretation

·        Communication skills

·        Team management

·        Problem-solving ability

·        Knowledge of industrial safety standards

·        3-5 years of experience in Site Engineer roles or related fields.

·        Ready to move Pune or Any where (Other City/ State)
