Job Overview:

Strelema LLP is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage field operations across Maharashtra in the political domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-ground execution, managing teams, and driving public engagement initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field operations across Maharashtra
• Lead and coordinate teams through State and Regional Heads
• Plan and execute public engagement and outreach strategies
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and field activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Political Science, Communications, Management, or a related field
• Good knowledge of government schemes and policies
• Prior experience in political campaigns or grassroots operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
