Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced PLM PTC Windchill Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large PLM programs comprising multiple projects within the same customer account. The role involves managing Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and Continuous Enhancement initiatives across Manufacturing (MFG) and Life Sciences & Medical Devices (LSS) domains. The candidate will act as the Program Delivery Owner and primary customer-facing leader, with mandatory exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Key Responsibilities – Program & Delivery Management
• Own and manage large-scale PLM programs consisting of multiple concurrent Windchill projects within a single account.
• Define program roadmap, delivery strategy, milestones, budgets, resourcing, and governance model.
• Ensure successful execution of Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and Continuous Enhancement projects.
• Drive program-level planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Establish and manage program governance, cadence reviews, and Steering Committee forums.
• Track program KPIs, financials, utilization, margins, and delivery health.
