1. Project Planning & Execution

Understand drawings, BOQs, and project scope

Prepare project schedule (timeline, milestones)

Ensure execution as per design and specifications

Daily site monitoring and reporting

2. Contractor & Vendor Management

Finalize contractors and negotiate rates

Manage carpenters, civil teams, MEP teams, etc.

Ensure proper material procurement and usage

Control wastage and optimize cost

3. Client Coordination

Act as single point of contact for client

Conduct regular site meetings

Update progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations

4. Quality Control

Conduct inspections at every stage

Maintain finishing quality (especially interiors)
