Responsibilities


  • Oversee overall operations in Pune plant
  • Coordinate procurement, production, and sales activities
  • Work with vendors, factory team, and management for smooth execution
  • Ensure timely material availability and operational coordination


Requirements

  • Experience in operations, procurement, or production management
  • Good coordination and execution skills
  • Comfortable with on-ground operational work
  • Hindi and Marathi preferred
  • Two-wheeler preferred


Manufacturing, plastics, recycling, or industrial operations experience is preferred.
