Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation components.
  • Prepare RFQs, analyze and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely procurement as per project schedules.
  • Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and vendor performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, cost fluctuations, and emerging technologies related to SPM and automation components.
  • Resolve supply, quality, and delivery-related issues through effective vendor coordination.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, cost targets, and quality standards.
