Job Title: Purchase Executive
“Supports a company’s procurement department by ordering supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and tracking deliveries. Their main goal is to ensure the business has the necessary materials and products on hand while staying within budget and maintaining smooth relationships with vendors.”
Location: Hadapsar, Pune Maharashtra
Experience: 0-6 Months Years of experience in Production Engineer preferably in the Oil filtration or related industry

Designation: Purchase Executive
Reports to: Manager
Department: Purchase
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Vendor Management: Research potential suppliers, compare quotes, and negotiate the best prices and delivery terms.
Order Tracking: Track shipments from manufacturing to warehouses, and proactively resolve any delayed or incorrect orders.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels against current demand, and update purchasing databases and records accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse staff, accounting, and department heads to confirm deliveries and process vendor invoices. [1, 2, 3, 4]
