Job Description
- 🔹 Job Title: Purchase Manager / Procurement Manager🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify organizational needs for materials, products, or services
- Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Control procurement budget and reduce costs
- Handle vendor performance reviews and resolve disputes
- 🔹 Required SkillsStrong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Vendor management skills
- Financial and budgeting knowledge
