Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage test automation activities for SAP and Salesforce applications using Tricentis TOSCA.

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases and regression test suites using TOSCA, Selenium, or Playwright.

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to validate end-to-end business workflows.

• Validate SAP modules, Salesforce applications, and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.

• Conduct automation testing for IoT devices using TOSCA, ensuring proper validation of device behavior and integrations.

• Define and maintain test automation strategy, standards, and best practices within the QA function.

• Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure complete test coverage of business requirements and workflows.

• Support test planning, execution, and reporting for large programs and releases.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to ensure timely resolution and validation.

• Ensure traceability, documentation, and adherence to QA processes and quality standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation efficiency.

• Mentor and guide QA team members on automation testing practices and tools.
