Raw material testing on every inward.

 Ensure all SOP’s are followed.

 Handling Customer Complaints and maintain Corrective and Preventive Action

(CAPA) records.

 Conduct Pre Dispatch Inspection (PDI) for every dispatch.

 Make COA’s and send with every dispatch

 To develop quality consciousness in every person include in production.

 Impart in house Quality Standards training related to HACCP, ISO, Personal

Hygiene and 5-S to employees.

 Hold the dispatch of material if it is not as per approved specification.

 Conduct supplier audit and give rating to them.

 To follow ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and HACCP standards.

 To ensure that checklists of all processes are filled properly and on regular basis.

 To ensure that 5S is maintained in all factory and admin office.

 Issue, maintain and retain the Shade Cards for all the Jobs (Clients Job).

 Daily Plant round.

 Coordinate with external Auditors and conduct Internal Audits.

 Set objectives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

 Ensure that Visitor Protocol is adhered and maintain the documents for the same
