Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. You focus on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include continuous testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Engaging in code reviews and defect monitoring, you contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing process, ensuring robust and reliable software outcomes.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous testing efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts for various testing types including security and regression.
- Familiarity with environment setup and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to perform thorough code reviews and identify potential defects or areas for improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process enhancement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
