Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling residential properties. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and justify how our project fulfills the requirement.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
