Real Estate Sales Executive

JOB LOCATION- LOHEGAON

In this job you will be required to do sales for plots. For resale plots, for residential, commercial and semi-commercial plots.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Responsible For Generating Sales With Existing Clients And Developing Opportunities With New Clients.

2) Manage Your Client Base Through PROPER FOLLOW-UP On Leads For Existing And New Clients, Sending Out Details Of New Projects To People In Your Database.

3) Schedule and Conduct Weekly Client Appointments, and Converting those Clients Into Customers.

4) Accompany customer's on-site visits and make sure that the customer is briefed in detail about the project.

5) Proper Knowledge Of GOOGLE Sheets/ EXCEL FOR MAINTAINING Proper Updates.

6) Need To Drive Your Individual Sales Targets, And Achieve The Targets Set Out By the Company.

7) Lead Generation On An Individual Basis As And When Required By the Company.

8) Maintaining and developing customer relationships via direct meetings, telephone calls and e-mails.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Candidate should have access to a Smartphone with Internet and a Vehicle which be used for various site visits.

2. Should be Able to Communicate.

3. Knowledge of Google Sheets/ Excel is a must.

4. Real Estate Sales Experience-1 year+ preferred.

5. Result Oriented, Self-motivator & willing to Work hard. Should speak fluent English, Hindi and preferably Marathi.
