Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and ensuring successful closure of property transactions.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Business Development - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Generate and convert leads through various channels, including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.

Team Management :

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct sales meetings and review target achievements.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture within the organization.
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis & ReportingTrack market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases.
  • CoordinationWork closely with marketing, finance, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Required SkillsExcellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
