Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to oversees the final stages of property transactions, acting as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, and escrow agents to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth ownership transfer
Key Responsibilities : Deal Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and manage the end-to-end closing process to convert inquiries and site visits into revenue-generating sales.Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and verify essential closing documents, including purchase agreements, title reports, and payment statements.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating between buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, and legal teams to facilitate a smooth transfer.Compliance & Risk: Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.Client Relationship: Guide clients through the final, often stressful, stages of the transaction, answering queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal documentation, loans, and mortgage processes.Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.Skills: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and a "closer" mindset.
