Receptionist Cum Cosmetology Technician

!! URGENT HIRING !! RECEPTIONIST cum COSMETOLOGY TECHNICIAN !! FOR A WELL KNOWN COSMETOLOGY & PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC IN KHARADI, PUNE !!

Require a Female, age group 18 - 35 yrs, Fresher or experienced, for full time 10 am to 9 pm

Monthly Salary 16000 - 20000 rs depending on experience + Incentives as per discussion

Key Responsibilities demeanor in the clinic

• Manage daily front office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist and perform cosmetic procedures like laser hair removal, mesotherapy, microneedling etc
• Assist Surgeon/ doctor in in-clinic minor procedures
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle billing and payments, providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a receptionist, cosmetic clinic technician in a medical or aesthetic clinic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using office management software and computer systems

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on patient care
