Job Description
Brahma English Academy, Pune is hiring a Telecaller/Counsellor. The candidate will handle student inquiries, explain Spoken English, IELTS, PTE, and Personality Development courses, and follow up with students through calls and messages. The role includes guiding students about batches, fees, and admissions, maintaining call records, and achieving admission targets. Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with a confident and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge is required. Experience in telecalling is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. Attractive salary and incentives will be provided.
