Job Description:

This role requires individual with strong Excel, Power Bi, Powerpoint, VBA skills and a foundational understanding of accounting principles. The candidate will support the Accounts Receivable function, focusing on Reporting of various reports/presentations/dashboards to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

Reporting Activities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.
• AR Credit meeting Power point preparation and gather data from various team and ensure deliver it on time.
• Prepare various reports for Treasury team.
• Prepare reports for Senior Leadership
• Use Excel and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts), Power Bi dashboard development and update, Power Point presentations.
• Review all reports prepared by Junior Team member before they are shared with the clients.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and Advances Excel Tools, PowerBi, Powerpoint and VBA
• Good Communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
• Ability to work independently and is able to monitor and mentor junior team member.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines

Shift Timings- UK Shift (WFO Only)

Qualifications

5+ years, with minimum 3 Yrs in MIS and Reporting (PBI, Macros, etc)
