Job Description

Overview Looking for an Assistant Manager – OneStream Reporting who can manage and support financial consolidation, reporting, and data management within the OneStream platform. This role is suited for a professional with hands-on system experience, capable of handling reporting operations while driving process improvements

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and support financial consolidation and reporting activities within OneStream

• Aggregate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple source systems for accurate reporting

• Prepare and review recurring financial reports and management packs (Excel / PowerPoint / PDF)

• Perform variance analysis and provide structured business insights/commentary

• Support and maintain OneStream workflows, data loads, and metadata management

• Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand and translate reporting requirements

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and basic modeling activities

• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams where required

Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with OneStream (data loading, consolidation, reporting, workflows)

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, reconciliations)

• Good understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting concepts

• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis

• Ability to create clear and structured PowerPoint presentations

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with EPM tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC (in addition to OneStream)

• Exposure to dashboarding or reporting tools (Power BI is a plus)

• Experience in system implementation, enhancements, or migration projects

• Basic knowledge of OneStream XF customization (business rules, workflows)

Profile:

• ~4–7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting / EPM systems

• Hands-on practitioner with strong OneStream expertise and reporting ownership

• Able to manage end-to-end reporting cycles with minimal supervision

• Organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple deadlines

• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
