Job Description

Region Analyst-Ocean Operations

Drives financial performance in an organizational area by providing
leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business
performance and implementation of strategies
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean Operations, providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.  
    • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  
    • Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.  
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. 
    • Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders
  • Experience / Qualifications:

    • MBA-Finance
    • 8-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in FPNA.
    • Experience of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting process
    • Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, BI/BW, Power BI
    • End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative, not waiting for direction.
    • Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy.
    • Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions.
    • Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
    • Alignment with COE values - collaboration, transparency, and performance storytelling in everything they do.
