Research Associate
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and validate qualitative and quantitative analytical methods using LC‑MS/MS in support of research and development activities.
- Conduct identification, characterization, and structural elucidation of unknown impurities using LC‑MS and related mass spectrometric techniques.
- Develop and optimize mass‑compatible chromatographic methods to ensure robustness, sensitivity, and reproducibility.
- Perform routine calibration, qualification, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of LC‑MS instruments to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Interpret mass spectral data and prepare analytical summaries, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal quality systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve analytical challenges and support project timelines.
