Job Description

Guest Relations: Welcome guests, suggest menu items (Multi-cuisine: Indian, Chinese, Continental), and handle special requests or complaints professionally.

Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service from the kitchen to the table.

Team Supervision: Supervise the Waiters and Stewards to ensure the dining area is clean and service is organized.

Billing: Coordinate with the cashier for accurate billing and process payments.

Daily Operations: Oversee the opening and closing duties of the restaurant floor.
