Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.Showcase and explain product features, designs, and styling tips.Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Maintain store displays, ensuring jewellery is presented attractively and securely.Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.Keep updated with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge.Support inventory management and stock replenishment.Uphold store hygiene, brand presentation, and customer service standards.
