Store Manager – Just Roots Specialty Store & Café
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our specialty store and café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store and café operations
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Take care of in-store plants and overall ambience
- Monitor billing, sales, and cash handling
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the store and café
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, café, or store management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and customer experience
