Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
