Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by generating new business leads, managing corporate accounts, and promoting hotel services (rooms, banquet, and dining) to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

 Corporate Tie-ups: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and travel agencies for recurring room bookings and corporate events.

 Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high guest satisfaction.

 Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, packages, and local market trends to provide feedback for internal strategy.

 Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and upcoming pipelines.

 Coordination: Work closely with the Front Desk and Operations teams to ensure that all guest requirements are met seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.

 Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Hotel Management Software (HMS) or CRM tools.

 Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work flexible hours based on client needs.
