SALES CO-ORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE

Qualification: - ANY GRADUATE (BSC/BBA-Marketing / DIPLOMA / Degree (ME) or Any Discipline.

Work Experience: - Min. 1 to 3 yrs. in Sales Preferred. (TECHNICAL PRODUCTS / FIELD)

Gender: - Female / Male Post: - 1 / 1

 Profile Requires:

 Good Communication Skill, Good Coordination Skill, Can able to handle independent Back Office Activities,

 Good Subject Understanding, Self-Motivated

 Able to handle different task to Develop Market,

 Good Convincing Skill,

 Smart- in Work Execution,

 Good Knowledge & Strong Familiar with MS Office,(Word/Excel/powerpoint)

 Mail Transactions,

 Online Meetings,

 Team Ethics, Admin Ethics & Spirit

 Duties and responsibilities

The sales-Marketing co-ordinator will be responsibal for whole back office activities.

 Generating Lead reports, visit reports,

 extensive calling to generate leads, followup calls,

 Offering Products information with closing the sales.

 Planning,Reporting and Monitoring on sales & Marketing Activities.

 Preperations of reports of Follow-ups and revisit scheduling.

 Daily reporting to the reporting authorities.

 Monitoring & Achieving the Sales Target Report / schedules.

 Arrange Technical discussion, Meetings, visits,

 Exibition Schedules,(if any),

 Any upcoming back-office activities to be carried out

 Extensive (If Requires) Visit to Local OR as requires to Outside the Pune Area (for Male candidates only)

 2-Wheeler is Must if your residence location is above 1 km

 9.00 am to 5.30 pm / Monday to Saturday working – Sunday OFF
