Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate between departments, maintain customer records, and help drive the sales process from inquiry to closing. This role is key to keeping the sales team organized and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales activities.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Apply strong knowledge of the sales process to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation.
• Create quotations in Excel using hands-on, practical experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
