Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting residential and commercial properties, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.
Generate, identify, and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
Maintain and regularly update a strong database of prospective clients and property listings.
Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to potential customers.
Arrange and conduct site visits, property tours, open houses, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; prepare offers, agreements, and related documentation.
Ensure timely and smooth closure of sales transactions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and service.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, operations, marketing) to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to management.
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in a target-driven sales role (real estate experience preferred).
