Sales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a passion for customer interaction and business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, customer service, or BPO, with strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and clients regularly
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Requirements:6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / BPO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Skills:Telecalling or outbound sales experience
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Education:Minimum Graduate (preferred)
