Sales Executive

Jazz Beat is a fast-growing company committed to providing quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our customer network, generate sales, and build long-term relationships with retailers and clients across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Visit 15–20 retail stores/customers daily in the assigned area.

Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.

Promote Jazz Beat products and explain product features and offers.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

Based in or around the assigned sales territory.

Own bike/scooty with a valid driving licence.

Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (basic English preferred).

6 months–2 years of experience in Field Sales/FMCG/B2B Sales preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
