Job Title: Security Consultant / Sales Executive – B2C Field Sales

Compensation: 39,000 to 45,000 in-hand+ Incentives min (15,000 to 20,000)

Role Overview: 

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales of V Protect’s Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. You will identify and engage potential customers, demonstrate the value proposition, and close sales while building strong customer relationships. This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills who thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell V Protect Alarm Monitoring & Response Services to residential and small business customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, min (2-4km travel ) references, events, and digital channels.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (MBA/B Tech preferred) with 2-5 Yrs of experience.

• Willingness for direct sales / B2C sales / B2B sales

• Experience of selling high value products/Services.

• Experience in consumer durables, fintech, telecom, edtech or home security systems preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong drive for sales, achievement orientation, and ability to work independently.
