Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Position: Sales Executive
2. Experience Criteria : 1-3 Years of relevant experience
3. Target Industry: Bakery (Bread, Parathas, Tortillas), Snacks Food & Condiments (preferably extruded products, tortilla chips, Potato Wafers, Spices, Chocolates)
4. Segments Handled: HORECA, General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales,Exports
5. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Functional:
o Managing customer accounts, sales volumes tracking, preparing price lists, prospect lists.
o Identifying potential Distributors, new customer accounts across cities and various segments in consultation with sales team and superiors.
o Training/ Orienting Distributors about product, sales pitch, customer identification and about good sales practices maintaining conduct and performance in their respective areas of operation.
o Execute various sales related responsibilities related to sales operations, delivery schedules, and revenue collection from customers.
o Identifying opportunities for cost reduction in sales processes or business processes.
o Presenting various management reports in the format required by management.
o Systematic Documentation, filing and maintenance of sales & marketing related official records including competition, consumption etc.
o Determined go-getters with a successful track record of 100% Plus sales monthly/annual sales targets across categories listed above.
B. Organizational-
· Periodically provide inputs, performance reports and plans to Managing director or Head of Sales or any person so deputed by him for determining business performance, organizational processes and strategic decision making.
· To set high standards of professional and individual excellence that can be emulated by peers and subordinates and be adopted as “best- practices” from time to time.
· To promote the organization as a reputed employer as well as a consumer brand by adopting unquestionable moral standards and ethical business practices.
6. Professional Qualifications : BBA (Tier 1 and Tier 2)/MBA (Tier 2 and Tier 3 Institutes) Bcom (Marketing & Advertising Spec)/Mcom/Bsc (Food, Agribusiness, Microbiology), BHM (Tier1 or Tier 2) any other professional course in areas of Catering, Baking etc.
Additional Qualifications- Must be proficient in communicating over email and prepare reports on excel.
