Age Limit: 22 to 40 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (Performance Based)

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and handle project sales in the building construction industry.

Visit clients, contractors, architects, builders, and project sites.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

Maintain records of client meetings and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in project sales or a related field in the building construction industry.

Candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas (within 25 km).

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidate aged between 22 and 40 years.

Graduate preferred.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
