📌 Job Description: Sales Admin – Real Estate (Kothrud & Bavdhan)

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Admin to support our real estate sales operations. The candidate will be primarily responsible for calling clients & owners, generating appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, owners, and the sales team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📞 Calling & Lead Management

Call inbound & outbound leads on a daily basis.

Contact property owners for new listings and property updates.

Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or site visits.

📅 Appointment Generation & Coordination

Schedule site visits with clients and align them with the sales team.

Confirm availability with owners and manage property access.

Ensure timely reminders to clients and sales team before appointments.

Coordinate calendars and maintain an updated appointment sheet.

🤝 Client Handling & Support

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Provide accurate project/property details via WhatsApp, calls, and email.

Handle client queries professionally and guide them throughout the process.

Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain strong relationships.

🏠 Property Management (Kothrud & Bavdhan)

Maintain an updated database of active properties in Kothrud & Bavdhan.

Regularly follow up with owners for availability, pricing, and updates.

Coordinate with field staff or sales executives for photos, videos, and documentation.

Ensure listed properties stay active, accurate, and updated.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales admin / tele-calling / real estate preferred.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pleasant personality with confidence in client interaction.

Good knowledge of Kothrud & Bavdhan real estate markets (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic computer skills: Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools.

Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and follow up consistently.
