Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Rockway Weighbridge Technologies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets. This role involves leading sales efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
• Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.
2. Team Leadership:• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
• Provide regular training, feedback, and support to enhance team capabilities.
3. Client Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the technical team to address client queries and deliver product demonstrations.
Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
