Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Furniture Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of furniture products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role involves advising customers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high-quality buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Explain product features, materials, functionality, and customization options to customers.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including space-saving and multifunctional furniture solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including interior designers, architects, and corporate buyers.
  • Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Keep the showroom/display area clean, well-organized, and aligned with merchandising standards.
  • Stay updated on furniture trends, market demand, and competitor products.
  • Process customer orders, handle after-sales queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in furniture or interior design sales (retail or B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of space planning and furniture materials is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or POS systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Commerce, Arts, or Design background preferred).
