Sales Manager

Broad Scope of Duties  To assist the Company in generating offline business and to close sales.  To answer all queries raised by the client (Corporate).  Getting quotes or benefit illustrations from Insurance Companies  To be dedicated to attend/handle phone calls from Corporate Clients.  To handle and handhold a team of Business Development Executives and Agents at our various offices/ locations.  Ready for extensive travelling.  Make Business reports and MIS.

Required Experience  Minimum 3-5years of experience with General Insurance Company, or  Candidate from a Broking firm having a direct licence in General/ Health will be preferred with specialisation in handling projects like roads, Ports and Airports etc… Qualifications  Minimum Graduate.  Should have cleared the Brokers Qualified Person Examination. Competencies  Good communication skills.  Good Knowledge of Insurance Risk Management.  Policy research, Coverage Analysis and Insurance reports required for the projects  Negotiate terms and conditions with Insurance Companies with organised Insurance paperwork and related compliance.  Should have good knowledge of Government regulations and procedures (Insurance services Tenders).  Should have proficiency in MS Office and should be Tech Savvy.  Good knowledge of English, Hindi and local language.  Should have a pleasing personality and high energy. • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
