Location: Pune (Baner)
Experience: 3–5+ Years
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month + Incentives + Travelling & Conveyance
About the Role
Acuvisor Insurance Brokers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in General and Health Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing corporate client relationships, handling a team of Business Development Executives and Agents, and coordinating with insurance companies for quotations and policy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and achieve sales targets through offline and field sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client insurance requirements and provide suitable risk management solutions.
Obtain quotations and benefit illustrations from insurance companies.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Lead, guide, and monitor Business Development Executives and Agents across locations.
Negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing with insurance companies.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and business performance analysis.
Manage insurance tenders and government-related insurance projects.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and documentation requirements.
Travel extensively for client meetings, business development, and project execution.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Qualified Person (QP) Certification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, Insurance Broking, or Corporate Insurance Sales.
Desired Skills
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Sound knowledge of General Insurance, Health Insurance, and Risk Management.
Experience in handling corporate insurance projects.
Good understanding of insurance tenders and government procedures.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language.
Leadership ability with a proactive and energetic personality.
Preferred Background
Experience with Insurance Brokers, General Insurance Companies, or Corporate Insurance Sales.
Exposure to large projects such as Infrastructure, Roads, Ports, Airports, Manufacturing, or Corporate Risk Insurance will be an added advantage.
