Hiring: Sales Manager – Solar County

Location: Pune

Industry: Solar Service Business

Solar County is looking for a hardcore, field-driven, go-getter Sales Manager who can help us build early customer acquisition in Pune.

We are not selling new solar projects.

We are selling services to existing solar plant owners.

  1. Our 3 core services:Registration / Membership / Monitoring with Billing Assist
  2. AMC Service for Solar Plants
  3. Repair, Maintenance and Upgrade Services

Who we need:We need a person who is ready to put in real effort on the ground, meet customers, generate trust, explain our service clearly, take feedback from the market, and close business.

This is not a chair-bound role.

This role is for someone who can go out, talk, convince, follow up, and deliver sales.

  • Key responsibilities:Find and connect with existing solar plant owners in Pune
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, societies, installers, and local networks
  • Explain Solar County services in simple language
  • Convert prospects into paying customers
  • Collect market feedback and help improve sales approach
  • Work closely with company on campaigns, offers, and ground strategy
  • Build a strong early-stage customer base for the company

  • Lead support wherever possible
  • Freedom to test latest and trending marketing methods based on ground response
  • Ideal candidate:Strong in field sales
  • Confident communicator
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Comfortable with follow-ups and closures
  • Ready to work in an early-stage business setup
  • Experience in solar, electrical, services, AMC, technical sales, or B2C/B2B field sales will be preferred
