Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and cold calling.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their investment or home-buying requirements.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Follow up with leads consistently to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with developers, legal, finance, and CRM teams for seamless transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and industry developments.
- Participate in property expos, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values during all client interactions.
