Job Description:
Seven Stone Realty is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle residential and commercial property sales. The candidate should be confident in client handling, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
* Conduct site visits and client meetings
* Follow up with prospective buyers
* Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
* Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
* Understand project inventory, pricing, and offers
* Support booking and documentation process
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 2–3 years experience in real estate sales
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Presentable and professional personality
* Knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
