About the RoleWe're looking for a driven, sharp, and self-sufficient Inside Sales Executive who thrives on the hunt. You won't just work a list — you'll build one. You'll own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed deal, and you'll do it with hustle, intelligence, and a genuine desire to solve customer problems.

  • What You'll DoHunt & Generate Leads — Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
  • Own Your Pipeline — Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene (no ghosting your HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Do digital banner designing before pushing to the market
  • Do Your Homework — Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers before every outreach — no spray-and-pray here
  • Manage & Grow Accounts — Nurture existing customer relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and be the trusted point of contact they actually want to hear from
  • Close with Confidence — Navigate objections, present solutions, negotiate, and bring deals across the finish line
  • Collaborate Smartly — Loop in marketing, product, and leadership when needed — but own your outcomes
  • What You Bring1–4 years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication skills — crisp on the phone, compelling in writing
  • Strong research instincts and the ability to personalize outreach at scale
  • Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Resilience — you treat a "no" as data, not defeat
