Job Description
Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. _Business Development_: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
2. _Client Meetings_: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate deals.
3. _Service Promotion_: Promote our services through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and events.
4. _Relationship Building_: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. _Sales Target Achievement_: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
1. _Bachelor's degree_ in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. _Excellent communication_, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3. _Strong business development_ and relationship-building skills.
4. _Ability to work independently_ and as part of a team.
5. _Language proficiency_: Marathi, Hindi, and English.
