Job Description
Job Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our freight forwarding and logistics services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through the promotion of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and other logistics solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote freight forwarding services including:
- Air Freight (Import & Export)
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL)
- Customs Clearance
- Transportation
- Warehousing & Distribution
- Door-to-Door Logistics Solutions
- Meet clients to understand their logistics requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
- Negotiate rates and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry.
- Strong understanding of:

- Ocean Freight
- Import & Export Procedures
- Incoterms
- Customs Processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
