Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Warje, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Work
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, client acquisition, and achieving plot sales targets through effective communication and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing plots.
- Present project details, pricing, and legal documentation to clients.
- Conduct site visits and convert prospects into confirmed buyers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and presentation abilities.
- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field environment.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
