JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales Officer (Field Sales)
Company: Bajaj Finance
Location: Pune
Department: LCF (Life Care Finance)
CTC: 2.4 LPA
Minimum Starting Incentive: 10k and above based on your performance
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with dealers and staff for business generation
• Explain loan schemes, EMIs, and documentation to customers
• Complete KYC and basic documentation
• Achieve sales targets and support customers post-sale
Eligibility:
•Mandatory: Own 2 wheeler
• Field sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills; ready for field work
