Sales Return Executive

Job SummaryThe Sales Return Executive is responsible for handling the return of pharmaceutical products from customers. The role includes verifying returned stock, updating records, coordinating with the warehouse and accounts team, and ensuring returns are processed accurately and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and check returned pharmaceutical products from customers.
• Verify invoice details, batch number, expiry date, quantity, and product condition.
• Process sales returns as per company policy.
• Prepare return entries and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for storage and segregation of returned products.
• Prepare credit note requests and share details with the accounts team.
• Maintain records of expired, damaged, and returned products.
• Follow up with suppliers or manufacturers for return claims, if required.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales return reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve return-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• QualificationGraduate
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or warehouse operations.
• Skills Required Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and return procedures.
• MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
