Position
Application & Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit customers to understand their gauging and automation requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with the design and manufacturing teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Attend exhibitions, customer meetings, and technical seminars.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment, gauging systems, metrology, automation, or machine tools.
- Fresh candidates with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and automation systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Valid driving license preferred.
