Job Description

We are looking for energetic and well-spoken female candidates for the role of Assistant Sales follow-up Executive. The role primarily focuses on lead follow-ups, client communication, and supporting the sales team in conversion activities.

You will not be responsible for cold calling or lead generation — your focus will be on follow-up, coordination, and conversion support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with existing leads provided by the sales team/CRM
  • Maintain regular communication with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand basic customer requirements and redirect qualified leads to senior sales executives.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate between clients and sales team for meeting scheduling and updates.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM/software.
  • Support in sending quotations, brochures, and product information
  • Assist in post-sales coordination when required.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
